Al Zarooni has held Position of Managing Director & Acting CEO of Al Hilal bank, Vice President-Finance at Emirates Telecom Corporation (Etisalat) and currently holds the position of Director of Finance with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture & Food Safety Authority. He is currently an elected board member of the Emirates Accountants and Auditors Association-
EAAA.

He has designed & implemented accounting and financial reporting systems for varied business and has extensive working knowledge in areas such as financial planning and business consultancy. As Founder Member and Managing Partner, Mr.Sathyan plays a pivotal role in implementing deep domain expertise and quality to nurture confidence and trust in the overall team structure of the Organization.

Mr. Raveendran is a qualified Chartered Accountant by profession with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Auditing, Accounting, Feasibility studies and Tax Compliance. He has also been associated with audit responsibilities of varied multinational companies that have enhanced his practical experience over the years. He brings with him rich professional and industry experience particularly in the areas related with Auditing, Implementing Accounting Policy, Internal Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, Feasibility Studies etc.
